Team Registration & Fees This year's event is being held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal for the benefit of The Montreal Children's Hospital & The Starlight Foundations. This year, we are offering one time slot: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM Within each sub-tournament, there are different levels of difficulty: BEGINNER - (1-2 players can play well in the sport) INTERMEDIATE - (3-5 players can play well in the sport) NEW THIS YEAR ! In order to raise more funds, we are moving the event to the MONTREAL OLYMPIC STADIUM ! The events include: Ball hockey Soccer (on artificial turf) Volleyball (Gym floor) Basketball Registration is on a 1st come 1st serve basis based on payment received . Payment must be made by PAYPAL (credit card). Each co-ed corporate team must register 8 (eight) players of which at least 4 (four) players should work for the company registered. Registration fees are $240 per team and are non-refundable. These registration fees are not eligible for a tax receipt since there is something of value received in return (i.e. gym time, team poster, etc...). However, 100% of the net proceeds from this fundraiser are remitted to The Montreal Children's Hospital & Starlight Foundations.
Fundraising Goals, Incentives & Penalties In order to reach our event goal of $200,000, we are strongly encouraging each team that registers to raise $2,000. This works out to an individual fundraising goal of only $250 per person. Teams raising less than $2,000 but greater than $1,000 will automatically lose one of their games by default. Teams raising less than $ 1,000 will automatically lose 2 of their games by default and will not have their team photo taken (which means no team poster and individual team photo cards as well) Teams raising over $4,000 will be provided with some wonderful prizes Along with individual fundraising via the electronic fundraising software, company donations and/or sponsorships as well as team fundraisers (i.e. bake sales, etc…) can be included in the team goal of $2,000. On-line credit card donations are handled directly by the respective Montreal Children's Hospital & Starlight Foundations. PDF e-mail tax receipts will be provided by these organizations.
